CANCELLATION / REFUND / WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS

1. Trial Period

  • 3 days
  • 100 minutes limit
  • 10 Candidate limit
  • No automatic billing

2. Subscription Cancellation

The user can cancel their subscription via the panel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Package Change

Upgrades take effect immediately.

4. Refund Policy

The buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with the legislation. However;

  • The service is performed instantly in a digital environment.
  • The buyer confirms on the payment screen that they request the immediate initiation of the service and may lose their right of withdrawal in this case.

If this approval is obtained, no refund may be made for the digital services used.

5. Suspension of Service

The account may be suspended in the following cases:

  • Payment failure
  • Illegal usage
  • Attempt to damage the system

6. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not responsible for;

  • The user's hiring decisions
  • Practices towards candidates
  • Interpretation of platform outputs

is not responsible.

7. Retention and Deletion Process

In case of termination of the subscription, user account data is kept for the legal retention periods.

Candidate data is deleted or anonymized according to the Buyer's instructions.
